Transferring the management of your investment property to Now Property Management is smooth and simple, with or without a tenant. It's easy, it's free and we do all of the work! 

 

Once you have signed a management authority, we contact your current agent, who simply hands over your file to us. You do not need to contact them and you are not required to personally notify them of your decision if you don't want to.

 

We will then notify the tenant and give them comprehensive information that explains in detail their responsibilities as a tenant with Now Property Management. The entire process is seamless, with very little disruption to you, your tenant or your rental payments.
